- 102 phone numbers created after Oct 01
- 90 phone numbers were created before Oct 01
  - Never send an SMS before Oct 01.
  - Phone number update in the team.
  - Team disabled and did not send a message after Jan 01, 2021
Phones without Messaging Service but not send the message after 2021-01-01.
